Our Organization requires the service of a Technical Architect.
Responsibilities:
- Technical guidance and expertise in architecting and designing products, services, and solutions to meet DHS Enterprise Architecture requirements.
- This individual shall provide technical guidance on designing solutions that might include a hybrid of DHS Data Centers, Office 365, Dynamics 365 Online, Power Platform, and Azure products/services.
- Extensive proven experience with DHS Microsoft Cloud (Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service experience) products (Dynamics 365, Office 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Exchange), Active Directory, and Networking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Engineering with level of security requirements for entry on duty (EOD).
- Previous work experience as a technical architect.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software.
- Plan and design the structure of technology systems, discuss these with the client.
- Help resolve technical problems as and when they arise.
- Ensure that systems satisfy quality DHS enterprise architecture standards and procedures.
- Work with senior IT personnel to devise plans for future IT requirements of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills – adept at listening to, understanding, and explaining key concepts to managerial and technical resources.
- Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications.
- Ability to problem solve complex IT issues.
