Head of Product - MedTech

We’re looking for a Head of Product (Medical Device) to build a health business from the ground up, including navigating regulatory and reimbursement pathways, as well as interfacing with payers. This role will interact closely with R&D, the executive team, and the CEO.

Position responsibilities

1. Build a health business from the ground up
2. Efficiently navigate regulatory & reimbursement pathways
3. Rapidly prototype and test business ideas via trials
4. Manage a cross-functional program involving R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Regulatory
5. Coordinate with engineering teams to commercialize HW and SW products

Background requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 6-10+ years of industry experience in medical devices
2. Successful track record of FDA clearance (510k, De Novo)
3. Successfully launched a medical product that is reimbursable
4. Exemplary at program management
5. Experience with product development
6. Experience building world-class teams
