2. Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologist or individuals just starting their careers.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling:

1. This is a full-time opportunity.
2. 39 weeks a year with flexible scheduling options.
3. 1:3 call.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for the Anesthesiology team.
2. Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
3. Manage patients, including general, OB/GYN, Urology, bariatrics, GI/Endo, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, healthy ENT peds, and Neuro spine. No head, no hearts.
4. Manage department scheduling, ensuring optimal staff coverage for surgical and non-surgical anesthesia.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $469,909 (W-2) to $512,500 (1099) plus Chief Stipend.
