Pacific Coast Dermatology and Wellness Center was founded in 2020 to bring healing and restorative skin health services to a broad and diverse community. PCD recognizes that our skin is integral to our overall sense of well-being as our skin is the primary way in which we greet the world.

Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled dermatologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions.
2. Perform skin examinations, biopsies, and other dermatological procedures.
3. Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
4. Counsel patients on preventive care, skin health, and cosmetic treatments.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest dermatology research and technologies.
6. Provide excellent patient care and maintain thorough documentation of patient progress.
7. Collaborate with our medical team to ensure holistic care for patients.

Qualifications:

1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
2. Board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology.
3. Valid state medical license.
4. Strong clinical skills with experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for patient care and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with laser treatments and other cosmetic dermatology procedures.
2. Proficiency in using EMR (electronic medical records) systems.
3. Experience with dermatological surgery techniques is a plus.
