We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Solutions Architect with expertise in healthcare automation, revenue cycle management (RCM), and data engineering. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered autonomous agents to streamline RCM workflows, claims processing, payment posting, and data-driven decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that optimize healthcare operations through AI-driven solutions.

Job Summary

As an Agentic AI Solutions Architect – Healthcare at BigRio, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions that enhance revenue cycle management (RCM) operations for healthcare providers. You will work closely with enterprise systems (including Epic EMR/EHR) to integrate intelligent automation agents that learn, adapt, and optimize complex workflows.

This role requires a strong technical background in AI-driven automation, including autonomous agents, large language models (LLMs), and data engineering. You will collaborate with clients to assess existing processes, develop automation strategies, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Process Optimization

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of client RCM processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Architect AI-powered automation solutions to enhance revenue cycle workflows, ensuring integration with enterprise healthcare systems.
  • Define data strategies that support intelligent automation, ensuring seamless data ingestion, validation, and transformation.

Agentic AI Implementation & Data Engineering

  • Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of handling claims validation, coding, payment posting, and financial reconciliation.
  • Develop data pipelines and ETL workflows that support AI-driven decision-making and automation.
  • Ensure seamless AI integration with EMR, PMS, and billing platforms, optimizing interoperability.
  • You may be asked to lead the integration of Agentic AI systems with UIPath RPA workflows to enhance the capabilities of both platforms for intelligent automation in healthcare environments.

AI Governance & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI-powered automation workflows to maintain high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish AI governance models to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA security standards.
  • Continuously refine AI models using feedback loops, reinforcement learning, and predictive analytics.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with healthcare IT, finance, and RCM teams to define AI-driven automation requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance on managing and scaling AI-powered automation solutions post-implementation.

Project Management & Reporting

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Measure the impact of AI-driven automation and provide insights on cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Continuously identify new AI automation opportunities within the revenue cycle ecosystem.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with strong knowledge of billing, claims processing, and payer workflows.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions using Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, and machine learning models.
  • Proven experience integrating AI-powered automation with healthcare enterprise systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, AthenaHealth, Meditech).
  • Strong data engineering experience, including data pipelines, ETL, and large-scale data integration.
  • Experience in integrating Agentic AI systems with UIPath workflows and providing recommendations on whether this integration aligns with an organization's current processes and future goals.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AI-driven automation frameworks, including LangChain, OpenAI API, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure AI).
  • Experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, or domain-specific models) for autonomous decision-making.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI model deployment, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, AI-driven RCM analytics, and financial modeling.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills to translate complex AI strategies into business-friendly insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
