Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the indoor amusement park, driving strategic direction and operational success. We seek a hands-on leader passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, boosting revenue, and maintaining excellence in operations. This role requires flexibility, including working some weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase attendance, and improve profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, cultivating a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
  • Partner with marketing to create promotions, events, and initiatives that attract visitors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
  • Use guest feedback to enhance experiences and oversee maintenance of facilities, rides, and attractions.
  • Work some weekends and evenings to support park operations and peak times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of senior management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or amusement parks.
  • Proven success in achieving operational and financial goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.
  • Passion for guest experiences and deep knowledge of the entertainment industry.
