FL - Emergency Medicine Opportunity 45 Minutes to Wellington - South FL

Join a hospital in the Lake Okeechobee area as an Emergency Medicine Physician. Provide high-quality care in a collaborative environment while earning competitive pay of $190/hr as a 1099 contractor.

Compensation Highlights:

$190/hour for MD/DO contractors

Duties and Requirements:

1. Deliver emergency care at a small facility in South Florida with an annual volume of 16,000 patient visits.
2. Manage 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a) with flexible full-time or part-time options.
3. Collaborate with APPs working 11a-8p shifts for seamless patient transitions.
4. Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
5. Education: MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience.
6. Licensure: Eligible for a Florida Medical License.

Qualifications:

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):

1. Years of Experience: Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
2. Specialized Experience: Proficiency with Epower Doc EMR is beneficial.
3. Education: Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience.
4. Licenses: Florida Medical License or eligibility.
5. Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS (All Required for MD/DO); ACLS, BLS, PALS (Required for APP; ATLS preferred).
