DMC Empowering Health Services, LLC is an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic based in Baltimore, MD. We provide individual and family therapy, PRP, health home, and medication management services to children and adults with a focus on perinatal mental health, grief and loss, and working with teen parents.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Clinical Director at DMC Empowering Health Services, LLC. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the outpatient mental health clinic. This role involves managing staff, implementing clinical programs, and ensuring quality care delivery. While based in Baltimore, MD, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Clinical Leadership and Supervision skills
- Experience in Program Development and Implementation
- Knowledge of Perinatal Mental Health and Grief Counseling
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a Hybrid setting
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations
