As a Daycare Assistant at Soft Voices Daycare, your primary responsibility is:Ensuring the safety and well-being of children.Monitoring children at all times to ensure safe and appropriate interactions.Maintaining a healthy and fun environment for the children.Duties:Cleaning and preparing meals and snacks.Ensuring children have good hygiene.Changing diapers as needed.Keeping children's properties safe.Assisting children with daily tasks.Teaching and documenting all activities.Organizing and developing educational curriculum.Implementing and scheduling all indoor/outdoor activities.Recording each child's progress, behavior, and interests.Role of the Caregiver:Promoting social, emotional, and intellectual development.Providing guidance and support to each child.Helping children grow and learn in a nurturing environment.
