A rapidly growing technology company specializing in AI-driven robotics and navigation solutions is seeking a Global Bid Manager to enhance its sales operations. This role plays a key part in securing new business by identifying bid opportunities, managing the end-to-end proposal process, and ensuring high-quality, competitive submissions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex RFx responses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and refining processes to improve overall sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the bid and proposal process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the internal Deal Desk, maintaining key documentation related to security, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Review and approve non-standard terms, NDAs, and contract variations while ensuring alignment with corporate policies.
  • Administer vendor portals and coordinate responses to vendor assessments and questionnaires.
  • Work closely with sales, legal, finance, and product teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs.
  • Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations to optimize deal structures.
  • Analyze bid performance to refine processes and enhance future success rates.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Background in bid management, deal desk operations, or sales enablement within the technology sector.
  • Strong experience in RFx processes and proposal development.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience in government tenders being a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation, compliance, and sales processes within a tech-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with export control and trade regulations, particularly in EMEA, is beneficial.
