Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent/Traveling Superintendent located in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California region. The Superintendent/Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all phases of tilt up construction projects including coordinating workers, ensuring material availability, and maintaining safety standards. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, supervising subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project management and team leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in construction software and tools
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to travel frequently as needed
• Previous 5-10 + years of experience as a superintendent in the tilt up construction industry
