The Role

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. We need someone to drive sales, maximize profits, and lead our teams. Responsibilities:

• Sales, motivating and connecting to ensure top-notch service
• Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer problems
• Build positive customer relations and maintain a neat, organized store
• Keep personal and productivity goals in mind throughout the day
• Create an inclusive work environment with a cool vibe
• Motivate sales staff and foster healthy competition
• Engage in physical tasks like running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Open availability during weekends
• Strong sales and leadership skills with a focus on customer service
• Confident, engaging, fun, and outgoing personality
• Interest in fashion, shoes, and current trends
• Driven, hardworking, and naturally sociable
• Desire to be successful and excel in sales

Preferred:

• Experience in selling athletic shoes
