If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Marcella wants to hear from you Case Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities: Must have LSW or CSW Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required Help to identify resident's psycho soci al , mental, and emotional needs Complete Soci al History and Psycho soci al assessment of residents Work with interdisciplinary team to promote and protect resident's rights Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure Ability to build and maintain rapport with residents and peers Ability to work independently or part of a group Computer knowledge Other duties as assigned by Director of Soci al Services and Administrator Case Manager Schedules & Benefits: Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday Daily Pay Option Health, dental, vision and PTO for full-time employees Opportunities for advancement Complete Care at Marcella is an equal opportunity employer.
