As a Manager, Developer Community, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and scaling SiMa.ai’s developer community. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role at a software company and expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Developer Content Creation – Write technical blogs, create tutorials, and develop code templates to support AI/ML developers. Community Management – Foster engagement through forums, social media, and direct interactions. Events & Meetups – Organize and participate in developer-focused events, including hackathons, workshops, and meetups. Technical Video Production – Create and distribute technical videos, webinars, and live coding sessions. Forum & Platform Management – Experience with Discourse.org or similar platforms to build and manage a developer forum. Product-Led Growth (PLG) – Knowledge of PLG strategies to drive developer adoption and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage SiMa.ai’s developer community across forums, social platforms, and technical content hubs. Create and curate technical content such as tutorials, blogs, code samples, and videos to engage and educate developers. Launch and grow a community on Discourse.org, ensuring an active and valuable space for developers. Organize developer events, including hackathons, webinars, meetups, and tech talks. Act as a bridge between developers and SiMa.ai’s product team, providing feedback to enhance the developer experience. Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on developer engagement. Track and analyze community metrics, optimizing for engagement, growth, and product adoption. Experience (must-have):

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Experience: 8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in developer relations, community management, or technical marketing at a software company. Experience with GenAI models and experience coding in Python. Strong technical writing and content creation skills (blogs, tutorials, documentation). Hands-on experience managing developer communities, online forums, and social engagement platforms. Prior experience with Discourse.org or similar community platforms. Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles. Excellent communication and public-speaking skills for webinars, meetups, and tech talks. Passion for engaging with developers and making complex technologies accessible. Familiarity with AI/ML, embedded systems, or edge computing is a plus. Why Join SiMa.ai?

The annual salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $240,300. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, prior experiences, qualifications, expertise, work location, total target compensation, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
