We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reliable. The ideal candidate must possess excellent typing skills and a strong attention to detail, as accuracy is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our records Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data from various sources into company databases and systems. Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into databases to maintain data integrity. Maintain organized and detailed records of data entries and updates for easy retrieval. Regularly update existing data entries and ensure that records are current and well-maintained. Assist in generating reports from data and provide insights where applicable. Collaborate with team members to identify data discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role with a focus on data accuracy. Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy, ideally at least 60 words per minute. Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases such as Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and with confidentiality.
