About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO) to hire a Senior Clinical Lead to support the delivery of large-scale, global MASH (Metabolic-Associated Steatohepatitis) clinical trials.
This position plays a key role in managing the clinical delivery of multi-regional studies in compliance with ICH-GCP, study protocols, and company SOPs. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with project leaders and clinical teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials and high-quality data output.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical delivery of global MASH trials in line with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Drive patient recruitment strategy and ensure enrolment targets are met
- Identify and mitigate clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards and oversee issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain effective communication across teams
- Monitor and manage clinical aspects of project finances, including tracking Estimate at Completion (EAC)
- Support training, resourcing, and development of the clinical project team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or scientific discipline
- Experience leading global clinical trials, preferably in MASH or metabolic diseases
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Experience in project risk management and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work across geographies with cultural awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a CRO or sponsor environment
- Familiarity with project financial management and scope tracking
- Experience in multi-regional trials or complex therapeutic areas
