Your New Role
As our
Lead HVAC Installer , you’ll take the reins on residential and light commercial installs
across
the San Gabriel Valley , leading jobs with precision and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Leading residential HVAC system installations
Ensuring clean, efficient, code-compliant installs every time
Communicating clearly with team members, office staff, and customers
Training and mentoring junior team members
Maintaining truck inventory and daily job
Upholding our high standard of customer satisfaction

NATE certification a plus
3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and installation best practices
Comfortable using tech (ServiceTitan experience is a big plus!)
Must live within 20 miles of Glendora, CA
