Job Description: The CRM Developer plays a critical role in enhancing and optimizing our Salesforce environment. Their primary responsibility will be to develop and implement high-quality technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of the university. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the CRM Administrator, to design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Or a bachelor's with work experience equivalent to a master's degree in the preceding fields of study. • Considerable knowledge and strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations. • Considerable knowledge of and proficiency in the use of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Prior working experience in Salesforce development, including custom application development in Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration with external systems. • Considerable experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and data migration. Additional Considerations:

• Some experience with advanced Salesforce features such as Einstein Analytics, CPQ, and Pardot. • Some knowledge of Agile development methodologies. • Some experience with Salesforce Communities and Education Cloud is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs and challenges in the higher education sector. • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) is highly preferred.
