About this Role
We are looking for an insights-driven Head of Growth to own the marketing-sourced revenue target (B2B) that fuels our next stage of growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a high-impact, results-oriented marketing leadership role where you will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy spanning demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and performance marketing.
3BL operates in a complex, ever-changing landscape, and our success requires creative problem-solving, experimentation, and a deep understanding of how to align marketing with sales and revenue goals. We need a strategic leader who is inspired by our mission and thrives at the intersection of creative marketing and revenue-driven decision-making. You should be comfortable overseeing creative campaigns through a growth lens, optimizing paid channels, and ensuring our marketing has the instrumentation and reporting needed to drive predictable pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Own marketing-sourced revenue – Drive pipeline growth through strategic demand generation, paid marketing, and lifecycle programs that align with sales goals.
- Build and execute a multi-channel demand generation plan – Optimize both inbound (content, paid, SEO, lifecycle marketing) and outbound strategies (ABM, targeted paid media, strategic partnerships).
- Convert audience into pipeline – Collaborate with the editorial and audience team to build a robust conversion funnel that transforms content audiences into marketing-qualified leads.
- Own performance marketing & paid media strategy – In partnership with brand marketing, oversee paid campaigns, strategic paid partnerships, and the amplification of twice-yearly brand activations.
- Ensure full-funnel measurement and reporting – Work closely with RevOps to ensure marketing has the instrumentation, dashboards, and attribution models needed to track and optimize every stage of the funnel.
- Drive insights and continuous optimization – Create a culture of experimentation, ensuring every campaign and initiative is measured, reported on, and refined based on performance data.
- Develop ABM and outbound strategies – Build and optimize an outbound motion, working closely with sales to engage and convert high-value accounts.
- Market to multiple personas & long sales cycles – Develop tailored strategies to engage diverse personas across a 90-day B2B sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
- A proven track record of driving pipeline and delivering on revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with paid LinkedIn campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel demand generation.
- A strategic thinker who balances creativity with data-driven execution.
- Experience leading ABM strategies and multi-touch marketing programs targeting enterprise audiences.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills, ensuring insights drive decision-making.
- A collaborative mindset—able to partner effectively with sales, brand, content, and executive leadership.
- An “it’s handled” mentality—willing to think big-picture while also doing whatever it takes to execute effectively.
