The League for People with Disabilities, a proud Top Workplace, is seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team as Director, Meaningful Day Services. This vital role oversees our Day Habilitation and Employment Services programs, supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live, learn, and engage meaningfully in the community.

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct supervision to Community Integration, Day Habilitation, and Employment Services Managers.

Lead marketing and recruitment efforts for both programs.

Ensure staff training compliance and support professional development.

Monitor program quality, compliance, and participant satisfaction.

Develop and maintain community partnerships to expand opportunities for participants.

Ensure appropriate funding and documentation for all individuals served.

Collaborate with the VP of DDA Services on budgets, new programs, and strategic initiatives.

Uphold regulatory standards and implement best practices in service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of supervisory experience in developmental disability services.

Deep understanding of DDA, OHCQ, and DHMH regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; extensive experience may substitute for degree.

Clean driving record (3 points or fewer) and access to a personal vehicle.
