Salary Range: $72,000 to $78,000 - Based on Experience. Site will be located here:

Washington, DC 20002. Wastequip's Container Pro's is seeking a Site Manager who is responsible for managing the activities for the Washington DC location that specializes in cart maintenance for the District of Columbia Solid Waste Department. You will lead the site to continuous and significant improvements in key operational metrics including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This candidate will be required to work closely with District of Columbia Solid Waste Department, so strong interpersonal skills and a maintenance background would be key for the next candidate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities P&L management for the location, responsibility for measuring performance to annual budget. As a working manager, you and 2 other drivers will complete daily maintenance tickets throughout the DC area. These work tickets include replacing trash can lids, replacing missing wheels, replacing broken carts, and delivering new carts. Manage inventory levels at the location, ensuring that materials to complete orders are on hand, sending replenishment orders to main manufacturing location. Ensures that our installations and repairs are done at the highest quality standards. Takes product and service order information and determines charges based on a pre-determined pricing and discount structure. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Demonstrated P&L management required. Demonstrated experience managing and leading a production, installation, or manufacturing team required. Proven and verifiable ability to build teams and achieve goals by leading and motivating others required. Inside sales experience highly preferred. Must be mechanically inclined. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Must be able to multi-task and function effectively in varied work environments. Must be able to speak, write, and read English fluently. Excellent driving record. 3+ years of experience managing and leading a production, installation, or manufacturing team required.
