The Department of Philosophy at The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin in the Fall term of academic year 2025-26. Duties will include undergraduate and graduate teaching (including two courses per year for the University’s distinguished Plan II Honors program), research, and service to the department, college, and university.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. (for appointment as Assistant Professor) or expect to obtain it within a year of joining the faculty as Instructor.
