Job Description: We're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To help us get there, we need a Product Manager for the HR Products team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across various engineering and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long term product roadmaps. You will provide product leadership, quantify the impact of product features, and balance business needs against technical constraints.

Key job responsibilities: Define the long-term vision and product strategy for our HR products. Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business and HR goals. Define in-depth gap analysis of HR functionality offered at Amazon and Client. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Monitor HR product performance, and gather user feedback to continually optimize and enhance features. Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and key metrics to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and ongoing maintenance.

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with migrating HR functionality from one system to another. Experience with end-to-end product delivery. Experience as a product manager or owner. Experience owning technology products. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday HCM. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
