We’re looking for a detail-oriented & experienced HVAC installation technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing heating, cooling, indoor air quality, & ductwork systems to manufacturers & codes by local jurisdiction.
As an HVAC installation technician, you will work as part of a dynamic team providing 5-star customer experience by utilizing your expertise in the HVAC industry.
The ideal candidate has the technical skills to understand wiring diagrams, local codes, installation of equipment, while ensuring the equipment is configured and operates properly. Ready to join our growing HVAC team? The position will be based in the field, with your very own company-provided take-home truck.

Essential Job Functions
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Properly complete paperwork.
Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components
Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks
Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
Lay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagram
Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures
Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment
Enter completed projects and the parts used into the database
Qualifications
Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 3-5 + years as an HVAC installation technician (preferred but not required)
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections
Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics
Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills
Experience/ Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required, associates and college degrees preferred.
