$95,000 - $130,000 per year Description: The Altus team supports a high-impact program designed to deliver technical expertise in energetics development and manufacturing to enhance defense capabilities. Mid-Level Engineers play a key role in leading complex engineering tasks and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently. In this role as the Mid-Level Engineer, you’ll immediately contribute to managing engineering design projects, analyzing test results, and leading documentation efforts across the program. This is a contingent role with a projected start date of June 2025. Primary Responsibilities: Lead engineering design functions for complex energetic materials manufacturing projects. Create and manage detailed technical documentation, including quality production plans and technical drawings. Conduct advanced statistical analysis and validate test results. Develop and manage management support documentation such as PERT or GANTT charts. Perform in-depth analysis for blast safety and protective engineering. Provide technical subject matter expertise in energetics design and manufacturing. Interact directly with project managers and civilian technical personnel to address technical challenges.
