Executive Sous Chef

to join a high-energy, high-volume kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated culinary professional eager to make a name for themselves while leading and inspiring a talented team. Requirements

Experience:

3–5 years in a comparable restaurant environment. Greenmarket Expertise:

Must be adept at working with locally sourced ingredients. Culinary Skills:

Strong line cook capabilities with the ability to lead and execute high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. Operational Proficiency:

Experience in ordering, line checks, and quality control. High-Volume Execution:

Ability to expedite up to 700 covers per service. Fabrication Skills:

A plus (or willingness to learn). Block System Experience:
