[Full-time/Contract] Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Architect with 12+ years of experience to design, implement, and optimize data solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms, data modeling, ETL processes, and big data technologies. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven strategies and ensure efficient data management practices. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Develop Data Architecture:

Create scalable and high-performance data architectures to support business intelligence, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives. Data Modeling:

Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to align with business objectives. ETL & Data Integration:

Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes to ensure data consistency and quality. Cloud & Big Data Technologies:

Implement cloud-based data solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP and leverage big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and Snowflake. Database Management:

Optimize and manage relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Data Governance & Security:

Define policies for data quality, security, compliance, and lifecycle management. Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility. Technology Evaluation:

Stay updated with the latest trends in data architecture, recommending new tools and frameworks when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and database management. Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with big data processing frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. Proficiency in ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi, or AWS Glue). Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Familiarity with data governance, data security, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
