Conshohocken, PA
for a
contract to hire opportunity
. This position is
100% onsite. The IT Consultant
will be responsible for managing a range of technical devices and services, providing support, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the firm.
Responsibilities of the IT Consultant:
Manage fleet of endpoints and accompanying devices such as docking stations, monitors, and mobile devices. Ensure proper inventory and availability of technology supplies. Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with Helpdesk and MSP, requiring super-user knowledge of key software like iManage and Teams. Provide support for conference room setups, ensuring video conferencing equipment functions properly. Oversee employee management tasks including user setup, termination, phone systems, and mobile device applications. Qualification for the IT Consultant:
Four years of experience in IT roles. Experience working in a law firm environment is a major plus. Familiarity with key software packages like iManage, Teams, and video conferencing solutions. Ability to handle after-hours and weekend work for projects and critical initiatives. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate with external tech providers (MSP, Helpdesk). Knowledge of AI governance and evaluation of new technology options. Experience with network monitoring and physical device connectivity. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation for the IT Consultant:
Hourly Rate
: $40.0-$50.0 per hour based on experience
