Facility Maintenance

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position with a MULTIFAMILY company located in DALLAS,TEXAS. FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Maintain service logs and records as required Be always courteous and pleasant to residents and co-workers. Work on projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance and Community Manager. Other duties as assigned. FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Qualifications: Previous experience in apartment maintenance required Must be HVAC certified - preferred PTech experience Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Benefits: $23-26/hr Medical 401(K) with match Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays
