Technical Recruiter
to help us connect brilliant talent with leading engineering, manufacturing, and architecture firms. This role offers the opportunity to

relationships and results , we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do: Recruit & Engage
– Identify and connect with top technical talent in engineering, manufacturing, and architecture using in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and texts. Source & Build Networks
– Leverage our
extensive database , LinkedIn, resume platforms, and social media tools to find the right candidates. Manage the Full Recruiting Cycle
– Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, present candidates to hiring managers, and negotiate salaries. Lead & Generate Growth
– Drive lead generation efforts for the sales team and contribute to company growth through individual and team projects. Represent & Build Relationships
– Meet candidates and clients in person, fostering long-term professional relationships. What You Bring: 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
(staffing/recruiting firm experience required) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical, or related field (preferred, but not required) Excellent communication & relationship-building skills —you enjoy meeting people, whether in-person, on video, or by phone Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven —you love achieving results Tech-savvy and resourceful —comfortable using digital tools for recruiting Community-focused —passionate about making a positive impact Why Konik? Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 per year
