Provide Personal Care such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, and toileting Ambulation and Transferring Assistance Assist with Meal Preparation and Feeding Light Housekeeping Companionship/ Emotional Support Occasional Transportation for Essential Errands Communicate with Care Team
