The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations in Waipahu, HI. This includes managing a team of warehouse staff, coordinating inbound and outbound shipping, executing loadouts, and ensuring efficient material handling. The Warehouse Manager must have effective people skills to lead and motivate their team, as well as strong communication skills to coordinate with other departments and external partners. Planning and coordination are essential to ensure smooth warehouse operations, and the ability to build and develop a strong team is crucial for success in this role. The Warehouse Manager must be familiar with operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as managing and coordinating warehouse racking.
