As a CNA, You Will:
Deliver quality care that ensures positive outcomes and keeps patients and families satisfied. Provide hands-on support to meet patients' personal needs and comfort while working within certification guidelines. Assist with daily care activities and non-clinical tasks to help patients feel cared for and at ease. Collect specimens for Point-of-Care (POC) testing, if allowed by your scope of practice and applicable regulations. If you're passionate about making a difference in patients' lives, this role is for you! Educational and Vocational Requirements:
CNA license in good standing BLS Provide verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company policy (administered onsite if needed). Adhere to legal requirements, standards, and policies, including compliance with the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act, and HIPAA. Report concerns or suspected non-compliance promptly to the supervisor, Compliance Liaison, or Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline. Cooperate with monitoring, audit functions, and investigations. Participate in quality assurance and process improvement activities as requested.
