RK&K is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join our team. The Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, evaluation, and improvement of the company's benefits programs. This role involves analyzing data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in the communication of benefits options to employees. In addition, this position handles the leave management programs such as short- and long-term disability, FMLA, Maternity & Paternity Leaves.
Essential Functions
Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process to include the year-end HSA and FSA annual enrollment
Oversee the various benefits audits and testing
Coordinate the annual open enrollment mailings, including working with our benefits broker on communication materials
Health Compliance in ADP for ACA reporting
Renew COBRA rates and plans in WEX portal
Coordinate the open enrollment file set up - ADP Portal / New Carrier Connections if needed
Conduct implementations
Update plans and rates
Open enrollment Countdown Checklist
Reports, Audits
Mailing
Maintain HSA Employer contribution
Audit tracker Annual Employer Funding
Send HSA Set up reminders
Correct file feed issues Reconcile discrepancies for payroll Audit weekly file feedback reports WEX - FSA / HSA End of Year reminders

WEX CFA Fidelity file feedback reports - Audit in ADP
Age 26 Dependent - Term in ADP / Add COBRA Event in WEX/ Issue communications Benefits Required mailings (Medicare Part D, 401k Annual Summary Report. Med Annual Summary Report) Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, including various state specific leave laws Assist in audits and compliance reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field Strong knowledge of benefits plans, including healthcare, retirement, leave management programs and other employee perks Familiarity with benefits-related laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
