Please, no third parties. Permanent residents only. This position is four (4) days per week onsite in San Diego, CA, and no relocation expenses are available. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain website content, user interfaces, and graphical elements for company web platforms and applications. - Create and manage visual assets for digital platforms, including websites and online marketing campaigns. - Design intuitive navigation structures, information architectures, and interactive prototypes to enhance user engagement and meet functional needs. - Work closely with department leaders and product teams to define strategies for optimal user experiences, ensuring usability, accessibility, and engaging designs. - Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress and technical developments. - Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability. - Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to implement innovative solutions. - Perform additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives. Skills & Requirements: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in web development leveraging Microsoft .NET technologies. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS is essential. - Experience working in environments utilizing Visual Studio IDE and .NET technologies. - Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles. - Expertise in Bootstrap framework and mobile web or app development is beneficial. - Experience with content management systems for web-based applications. - Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members, particularly in database integration projects. - A creative yet logical approach to problem-solving, data management, and application design. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless interaction with technical and non-technical teams. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve unfamiliar technical challenges in dynamic environments. - Familiarity with source control tools is advantageous. - Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is a plus. - Knowledge of industry-standard software such as Photoshop and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) is beneficial. - Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is preferred. tags: senior software engineer, senior programmer analyst, senior .net developer, senior application developer, senior applications developer, senior web developer, senior web application developer, senior web applications developer
