SUMMARY OF JOB
In keeping with Drueding Center's core principles of healing from trauma, restoring hope and rapidly ending homelessness, provides trauma informed, housing first case management services to resident families. Coordinating services provided within the agency and the community.
CONNECTING TO MISSION:
All individuals within the scope of their position are responsible to perform their job in light of the Mission & Values of the Health System. Regardless of the position, every job contributes to the challenge of providing healthcare. There is an ongoing responsibility for ensuring the values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Hospitality, Holistic Approach, Stewardship, and Collaboration are present in our interactions with one another and in the service we provide.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required; with one-year experience in human services field preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Knowledge and commitment to principles of social work.
Driver's License required.
Flexible hours with one evening a week and occasional Saturdays.
