As a Contracts Analyst, you will be part of the legal department supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Draft and negotiate commercial sales agreements with a focus on contractual terms and conditions.
Collaborate with counsel, contracts managers, and stakeholders to support the negotiation process.
Conduct detailed document review and analysis, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Assist in the management and approval of contract templates and processes.
Facilitate global cross-functional reviews while maintaining a positive partner experience.
What's Needed?
6+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements.
Strong working knowledge of applicable commercial legal principles.
Ability to manage multiple contractual issues simultaneously.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
