A Day in the Life:
In this role, you will successfully lead, develop and execute on our award-winning program’s rewards system. You will successfully work across departments and with outside vendors, overseeing projects from conception to implementation.
We expect the starting salary to be around $85k but will be commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do:
Support and manage the loyalty programs’ for Hertz, Dollar & Thrifty.
Consolidate and complete analysis of all programs and provide recommendations to Senior Director, SVP and CMO
Optimize all activities to deliver against business targets, suggest upside opportunities and program changes
Work closely with the Sr. Director, Loyalty to manage all vendor relationships and communication, provide direction and prioritize projects based on program performance
Lead and manage top account retention and reactivation initiatives from ideation through execution
Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales, CRM, Creative Services and Customer Experience) to deliver best in class executions
Support program design upgrades in partnership with IT, E-commerce and CRM
Consistently enhance and improve customer loyalty program from ideation to completion
Effectively and efficiently manage program costs in order to deliver all activations on or ahead of budget
Successfully drive customer loyalty enrollments, engagement and overall revenue
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ professional experience in managing loyalty, Marketing or CRM programs – with digital experience preferred
Travel industry experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management or related/relevant field required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Powerpoint, Excel
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
Ability to influence
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detailed loyalty program management
Excel in managing various marketing programs and incentives
Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
Ability to drive process and organizational change.

Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
