School Psychologist

for the

2025/2026 school year . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological services to students, including assessments, interventions, and support for emotional, social, and academic growth. This is a full-time, 10-month position for the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine student needs. Provide consultation and support for teachers, staff, and parents regarding student behavior and emotional well-being. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute psychological expertise to the development of Individualized Education Plans. Provide individual and group counseling services to students as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all evaluations, meetings, and student progress. Qualifications Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) with a School Psychologist endorsement in the state of Illinois. Masters or Doctoral Degree in Psychology or a related field. Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred. Knowledge of psychological assessments, the IEP process, and behavioral intervention strategies. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
