Case Management 2 Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Case Management for a contract position in Rochester, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The Case Manager may be a nurse, a licensed marriage family therapist, or a certified professional counselor. The case manager will be performing utilization management applying MCG criteria or medical policy to make behavioral health (BH) medical necessity service request decisions. The case manager will be processing BH service requests for BH inpatient hospital admissions, BH residential treatment center admissions, BH partial hospitalization program requests, BH intensive outpatient program requests, and BH prior authorization services like TMS, ECT, and neuropsychiatric testing. Qualifications: 2-4 years' clinical experience required 1 year of utilization management experience is required Associate's degree or higher required Nurse (LVN or RN), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Certified Professional Counselor licensure required Preferred: Health plan utilization management experience Behavioral Health utilization management experience If this job is a match for your background, we would be honored to receive your application!
