We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager with a strong project management mindset with extensive SDLC experience to lead implementations, configurations, and managed services. This role requires managing two small teams working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring smooth execution throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Position will sit in Smyrna working 4 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Agile and Waterfall processes, ensuring alignment with SDLC best practices
- Manage data migration into Salesforce and oversee system configuration
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead teams with a forward-thinking, take-charge approach—not just waiting for direction
