Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at 1904Group located in St Louis, MO. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, ensuring project deliverables are met, coordinating with various stakeholders, corresponding with tenants/contractors regarding maintenance requests and managing project resources. Daily tasks will involve expediting processes, conducting inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld, and managing logistics. Effective communication and leadership are essential to successfully drive project completion.

- Logistics Management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in managing construction or engineering projects is a plus
