The purpose of this Intern position as an IT Support member is to ensure the success of KPI’s nationwide team by provisioning, maintaining, and monitoring stable and secure software, networks, servers, laptops, phones, and accessories. The IT Support Intern also provides technical support and participates in enterprise projects. This person is a forward-thinking technologist and continuous learner that ensures the business teams’ IT needs are met and collaborates with IT leaders to execute IT strategy. Ensure environments are secured, backed up, and fault resistant. Manage and maintain: Onboard users, configure and assign PC, phone, and peripherals. Ensure support team provisions account and assigned licenses correctly. Participate in offboarding as required. Work with IT manager to procure and maintain IT inventory. Work with HR to assign and ship IT assets when onboarding and recover assets when offboarding. Manage end user cyber security training program. Direct support team to efficiently resolve incidents, implement root cause solutions, and provide level 3 support and troubleshooting. Participate in enterprise projects and management of enterprise platforms including Azure, O365, SharePoint, Intune, and cloud-based PBX. Document IT policies and procedures including audit procedures. Maintain and audit user accounts and licenses, asset records, support tickets, and cyber security training. On premises wired and wireless networks, including routers, firewalls, and switches On premises servers and virtual machines Cloud and on premises phone systems

Any of the below skills is a plus Microsoft Data Protection Microsoft Intune SharePoint administration and configuration Sage Intacct administration and configuration Vonage or Zoom cloud-based PBX Salesforce configuration and administration Power Automate Power BI or other data analytics tools Requirements BS/BA in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Progressive experience characterized by a high level of service, employee engagement and a culture of accountability preferably in software, automation, or logistics industry. Must be able to build relationships and efficiently establish trust. Natural self-starter, decisive, high energy and positive attitude. Strong organizational and project management skills. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards. Excellent communication both oral and written communication and demonstrated skill to work with all levels of employees. **Position is working onsite at our Cincinnati OH, office from on or around 5/26/25 - 8/22/25**
