Brooksource is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and developing key websites within AEM for our large scale manufacturing partners Industrial B2B customers. Your expertise in AEM, Java, REST APIs, and microservices will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AEM-based solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate AEM components and templates.
- Utilize client libraries to enhance the functionality and user experience of AEM sites.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support AEM applications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through code reviews and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and AEM advancements to continuously improve our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and microservices.
- In-depth understanding of AEM's architecture, components, and best practices.
- Experience with client libraries and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certification in AEM or related technologies.
