Director of EHS
to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures compliance with
OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards
while driving a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and training programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety. Collaborate with leadership and site teams to promote a proactive safety culture. Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management and permitting. Travel: 25%
to support multiple facilities. Qualifications: 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of
OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations. Experience managing EHS programs across multiple sites. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is an opportunity to
