Our client is a mid-sized digital BSS vendor that sells to Telco Service Providers globally, who also is driving digital transformation for businesses.

The role

Seeking a self-motivated Sales Director to lead revenue generation for their BSS solutions. As the sole contributor, you'll drive sales, build client relationships, and position our client as a digital BSS leader.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
  2. Identify and engage key decision-makers in the telecommunications operators or the region
  3. Tailor solutions to client needs, collaborating with internal teams
  4. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
  5. Hit revenue targets

Qualifications:

  1. Proven B2B sales success in key telecom operators of the region.
  2. Strong understanding of telecom and digital trends.
  3. Solid exposure to selling BSS solutions
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
