To qualify for the Executive Assistant (Legal), PG - 0301 - 11 , you must meet the following requirements: Minimum Qualifications for Position (Specialized Experience Statement/ FWS Screen out) (HC/HM): To qualify for the Executive Assistant PG-301-11, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the PG-09 grade level in the Federal Service that includes, but not limited to: - Providing comprehensive administrative services in support of program operations - Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to inform program decisions, reviewed regulations and policies, prepared detailed reports, and developed procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative support functions. - Serving as a liaison between various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and the timely exchange of information. - Managing general office operations, overseeing task prioritization, resource allocation, and workflow management to ensure efficient functioning. Or Successfully completed or possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree Or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as business communications, technical writing. Or LL.M., if related Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement (04/21/2025) to be considered.
