Quality Supervisor

Engauge Workforce Solutions in partnership with an aerospace manufacturer is looking for a Direct Hire Quality Inspection Supervisor to join their team in Waukesha, WI.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the inspection team to ensure product quality.
• Oversee weekly inspection capacity and assign work as needed.
• Drive improvements in department metrics and enforce quality policies.
• Ensure all non-conforming materials are contained and resolved.
• Perform and supervise inspections of incoming, in-process, and final products.

What You Need:

• AS9100 certification (required).
• 2-3 years of inspection experience.
• Leadership skills to manage and guide a team.
• Experience with mechanical measurement of machined, formed, or assembled materials.
• (Preferred) Electrical testing experience with Network Analyzers.
