Overview: The FlexShopper Merchandising Assistant/Coordinator supports the Senior E-Commerce Buyers in driving sales and margin by executing the site merchandising strategy. The merchandising Assistant will manage data reporting, support vendor onboarding and be responsible for any product integrations and maintenance on the site.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit and is a quick learner who is eager to adapt to new strategies and systems. The candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills are preferred to work cross functionally and develop vendor relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior E-Commerce Buyers in daily to drive sales and margin dollars.
  • Manage new vendor Onboarding process by aiding in product feed set ups and assisting with LogicBroker integration.
  • Execute all product updates on the site including new seasonal launches, discontinued products, price changes, product description changes, etc.
  • Run and share weekly reporting for the Merchandising team.
  • Run additional reporting based on business needs including Vendor Meeting Reporting, Inventory Reports and Buy Box Reports.
  • Perform item maintenance in all applicable systems (LogicBroker, Magento, PIM) for price changes, adding new items, discontinuing, improving/adding images or content.
  • Perform daily audits on the site to improve customer experience and revenue opportunities.
  • Support Senior E-Commerce buyers in curating suggested product assortments to feature for key seasonal marketing statements.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field is preferred
