Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our team for a critical ALM project, migrating Employee Relations / Labor Relations users to the Salesforce Lightning platform. This individual will work with business and functional requirements to implement customizations, configurations, flows, email templates, Lightning pages, layouts, and apps in Service Cloud. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning migrations, strong proficiency in Salesforce User Security protocols, and the ability to work independently to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Implementation: Implement customizations, configurations, flows, email templates, and Lightning pages, layouts, and apps in Salesforce Service Cloud. Development: Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes, following industry best practices for secure system integrations. Salesforce Lightning Migrations: Lead and support the migration process to Salesforce Lightning, ensuring high efficiency and quality throughout the project. User Security: Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce User Security protocols and options to ensure secure and optimized user access. Individual Contributor: Act as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of tasks while reducing overload on current staff and enhancing overall team efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful migration and implementation. ALM Project Support: Contribute to the timely completion of the ALM project and ensure a seamless transition for Employee Relations and Labor Relations users to the Salesforce Lightning platform. Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning migrations and Service Cloud implementations. Strong expertise in developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes. Deep understanding of Salesforce User Security protocols and their implementation. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and general Salesforce configurations. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Experience with system integrations following industry best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Employee Relations or Labor Relations projects in Salesforce (preferred but not required). Familiarity with other Salesforce Cloud products, such as Marketing Cloud or Community Cloud.

Certifications:

Salesforce Certified Developer (Salesforce Platform Developer I or II).

Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
